Our Mission Statement
Be Transformed Ministries was founded in 2011 after Michael and Sharon Dutra realized just how impactful her book Be Transformed: By the Spirit of the Living God had become. We began receiving overwhelming feedback about changed lives, deepening relationships, and people being set free from emotional, mental, and spiritual bondage.
These books have been approved and used in many different Church denominations, in small groups, and individual studies. We believe that by studying the Word of God and living out its principles, genuine believers become one of the best ways to reflect Jesus to this dying world. Our books were written for this very purpose. Our mission is to help transform lives so that disciples can point even more people to Christ. Our books are available in Spanish, Japanese, and Farsi! They have touched thousands of lives for Jesus in 8 countries now! Sharon is now writing “2 Be Transformed”, as well as working on her autobiography “The Conviction”.

We believe we were created to bring glory and honor to our magnificent Triune Godhead – The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe we have received salvation so that we are able to worship God, and to serve Him by bringing others to Him.
We believe the Bible to be the inerrant authority on ALL matters pertaining to life, conduct, attitude, and eternal destiny.
Our passion at Be Transformed Ministries is:
• To help Christians deepen their relationship with Jesus
· To embrace the lost and downtrodden so they can experience the love of God through Christ
· And to assist all people in understanding the Word of God

Our biggest Success Stories are the hearts and lives that have been changed because of Jesus Christ through this ministry! The Holy Spirit has allowed us many accomplishments along the way. Here are some examples of Be Transformed fruit:
· The books are being used in 8 different countries and have been translated into 4 different languages. Over 35,000 free books have been shipped out so far (USA, Ghana, Uganda, Nigeria, Mexico, South Africa, and Japan!) The need for our books is ever expanding!
· We have had the privilege of being interviewed on many television and radio shows. Some of these shows were broadcast into millions of homes in the Middle East.
-Two of our books are in Farsi, the Iranian/Persian language, and were converted into online e-books that are available for free downloads on 5 satellite websites into Iran and the Middle East. Several Iranian ministries have made these free online books available, and they have been downloaded over 40,800 times by the Farsi-speaking people! One website stated "Out of a possible 200 online book-library to choose from, your books have remained on our top 10 most downloaded books list for over a year now!" Please pray for more revival in Iran and the world!
· Over 3,500 books have been distributed into the Los Angeles County Jail system alone, especially into the Twin Towers. These books are impacting lives in over 95 different prisons, jails, & rehabs across the USA and around the world!
- Sharon's testimony has been featured in two national magazines - Christianity Today in December 2021 and Victorious Living in February 2022! Praise God for the Lives being touched through her testimony!
